Scheduling an On-Demand Appointment

When urgent care is needed, scheduling an on-demand appointment is the most efficient route. This process is simpler compared to scheduling a standard appointment, as patients can only book an On-Demand appointment with doctors whose ‘Visit Now’ button is active. However, it still maintains a detailed approach to ensure you receive timely and appropriate care. Here’s how you can go about it:

Initiation

1. Left Sidebar
2. Navigate to “Appointments Management” from the left sidebar.
3. Choose “On-Demand Appointment.”

4. Click “Make New Appointment.”

a. Following this initiation, you will undertake a three-step process very similar to the one for scheduling a standard appointment, eliminating the step of choosing a schedule.

Intake Form Step
H

1. Appointment Type: Normally, the selection here would be “Local Appointment Type.”
2. Visit Type: Choose between a “First Visit” or a “Follow-Up Visit.” (Remember, follow-up visits should be with a doctor you have previously consulted with).
3. Robot Type: State your preference from options including “Home Robot,” “Hospital Robot,” or “Home Without Robot.”
4. Visitor Details: Detail if the appointment involves a family member and specify the relationship from the dropdown menu.
5. Purpose: Clearly express the reason for the visit in up to 9 steps to provide adequate background information.
6. Test Files: If available, upload pertinent test files, choosing the relevant test type from the options provided.
7. Language Preference: Select your preferred language to ensure comfortable communication during the visit.
8. Health Data: Provide your current height and weight to facilitate a comprehensive health overview.

Doctor Selection

1. Available Doctors: Browse the healthcare providers available for on-demand appointments.
2. Profile Review: Take a moment to review the doctors’ profiles and choose one based on your medical needs and preferences.
3. Scheduling: Once you settle on a doctor, click the “Schedule” button to proceed.

Payment Method

1. Options: Choose a payment method that suits you, with options including credit card, PayPal, or wallet.
2. Promotion Code: If applicable, apply a promotion code to avail of a discount.
3. Submission: Finalize the booking by clicking “Submit.” A pop-up will confirm the successful creation of your appointment.
